Start-up Energy Transition Tech Festival 2023

Start-ups and innovation are playing a crucial role in our net zero future. That is why the SET Tech Festival gives a voice to the innovators of tomorrow to ensure that, firstly, decision makers place energy innovation at the top of their agendas and secondly, that industry leaders employ innovation as the clear path to their decarbonisation goals.
The SET Tech Festival 2023 is a one-day event bringing together a global network of innovators shaping the future of energy (start-ups, innovation-driven corporates, investors, & public organisations). It will take place alongside the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue (BETD), an international conference organized by the Federal Foreign Office and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).
SET will offer an exciting programme featuring inspiring panels, workshops, matchmaking sessions and the dedicated SET exhibition area for start-ups to showcase their solutions. Of course, the day finishes with the glorious SET Award Ceremony, announcing the 2023 winners of the five SET Award categories, followed by a drinks reception and entertainment.
We are proud that out of +400 applications from 63 countries seven companies from Berlin have made it onto the SET100 shortlist of the most promising energy start-ups of 2023 for the SET Awards.
