Synthflow AI, a Berlin-based startup specializing in AI voice assistants for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), has secured $7.4 million in seed funding. According to a company press release, the round was led by Singular, with participation from Atlantic Labs and founders of Krisp AI.

Synthflow AI offers small and medium-sized companies a no code, end-to-end solution, to easily create AI voice assistants, customise them, and set up workflow automations, in just a few clicks. This innovative platform enables businesses to deploy voice assistants for tasks such as appointment scheduling and customer support without requiring technical expertise.

Founded in 2023 by Hakob and Albert Astabatsyans and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky, Synthflow AI aims to democratize access to cutting-edge AI voice technology. The company has experienced rapid growth since its launch, with double-digit month-on-month increases and approaching 1,000 customers.

CEO Hakob Astabatsyan emphasized the importance of both technological excellence and ease of use: "We invest a lot to develop in-house, best-in-class voice technology... It is all about ROI for business owners — if they do not see it, they will not use it."

The new funding will support platform enhancements, product innovation, and team expansion. Synthflow plans to develop more complex AI assistants and expand into non-English speaking markets like Germany and France.

This latest investment brings Synthflow's total funding to $9.1 million, following a $1.7 million pre-seed round in August 2023.
